Ingredients
8 oz pasta (linguine or spaghetti)
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, juiced and zested
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Preparation
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
Add cooked pasta to the skillet along with lemon juice and zest. Toss everything together until well combined.
